Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance

By using this website, signing up, or using the Genie service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the service.

2. The service

Genie is an AI assistant that helps businesses handle customer conversations on WhatsApp and capture orders. The features and limits available to you depend on the plan assigned to your account, and the service is provided for business use.

3. Accounts and assisted onboarding

Accounts are not created automatically from the website. After you sign up, our team reviews your signup, discusses your business, and sets up your account and assistant with you. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

4. Free trial

We may offer a time-limited free trial so you can try the assistant before committing. The trial carries no charge. Continued access after the trial depends on choosing a plan and completing setup.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) in the currency shown on your plan or invoice. Your subscription renews automatically for successive periods until you cancel. Any one-time setup fee is shown upfront on the plan. We may change prices or plan limits and will give reasonable notice of changes that affect you. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access and plan limits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which paid features end.

7. Refunds

Refunds, where they apply, are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, sending false or abusive content, or using it to break the law. Automated abuse and spam may be blocked or removed.

9. Messaging and WhatsApp rules

You are responsible for how you message your customers. You must follow WhatsApp’s own policies and applicable messaging and marketing laws, only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and take responsibility for the content you send. We may limit or suspend messaging features that appear to breach these rules or put the service at risk.

10. Your content and data

You own the business data you provide, such as your catalogue, prices and policies, and you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to share the information and content you upload.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to features and plans over time.

12. Third-party services

The service works alongside third parties — including WhatsApp, payment methods, and any integrations you connect. Those services have their own terms and are outside our control; we are not responsible for them.

13. Warranties

The website, trial and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or service. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms it or others. You may stop using the service at any time as described under Cancellation.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and our legal obligations evolve. When we make material changes we will update the date above, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes will be handled by the courts of [venue], unless applicable law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
